“I am a first time home buyer and am in the process of purchasing my first condo. I hired BrickKicker to do the inspection and they were amazing. As a first time home buyer, there is a lot I don’t know. I asked them if they minded if I followed them around and asked questions about what they were noting and just what I should look at maintaining if I buy the condo.
They answered all my questions so simply and kindly. I really felt confident that I had a better idea of what was going on and what I need to look for in the future. On top of that, I came with a cashier’s check and they told me I was quoted $25 more than I should have been. They were so kind and helpful that I was okay giving an extra $25 but Mike asked for my address so that he could send me a refund check.

“Chris and his brother sprayed my home in Norfolk in late 2016 for fungus under the house and dropped chemicals for termites both inside and outside the foundation. I was getting the crawl space encapsulated and sealed along with sump pumps and French drains installed (by Bay Crawlspace), and Chris was great, he came in the day between the French drains being done and the encapsulation being done which worked out perfect for all parties. Very reasonable price, great communications, underside of house looks great, three years and no issues with either fungus or pests since. I got quotes from five other companies in Tidewater and they came in the most reasonable and worked out great. Highly recommend.”
