Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products applied at labeled rates by licensed technicians, place baits where children and pets cannot reach them, and tell you exactly what was applied and any re-entry timing. If a treatment plan needs adjusting for an aquarium, a reptile, or a crawling baby, say so when you book and we plan around it.
Do I need a recurring plan or a one-time treatment?
Depends on the pest. A wasp nest or a one-off ant invasion is a one-time job. German roaches need a program with follow-ups. Heavy seasonal pressure on a wooded or waterfront lot is where recurring service earns its keep. We will recommend the lighter option when it will honestly hold.
How soon can someone come out?
