Article 01

What the guarantee says

When we perform a qualifying liquid soil treatment, the structure is covered by our written re-treatment guarantee for ten years. If subterranean termites re-infest during that period, we return and re-treat at no charge.

Article 02

Transfer, and why it matters more at resale

The guarantee stays with the structure, not the person who paid for it. When you sell, a transferable termite guarantee turns a scary line on a disclosure into a selling point, and buyers’ lenders read it exactly that way. Sellers hand our guarantee paperwork across the closing table in this region every month.

How this reads on a closing timeline

The treated zone

A promise this long is only affordable because of what is in the ground under the structure, and how dry the wood above it stays.

Article 03

Why we can afford to promise this

Because the math only works for a company that treats thoroughly and fixes moisture. A continuous treated zone applied correctly, plus a crawl space that stopped inviting termites, produces very few callbacks.

Companies that spray fast and skip the conditions cannot write this guarantee without losing money, which is why most do not write it at all.

How the treatment is applied How the moisture gets fixed

Article 04

Conditions that keep yours healthy

  1. 4.1

    Keep up the annual inspection

So any new activity is caught at the tube stage, while it is still a tube.

  2. 4.2

Tell us before you disturb treated soil

Additions, regrading, and major plumbing work can open a gap in a continuous treated zone. A call before the work is easier than a repair after it.

  3. 4.3

    Take the moisture recommendations seriously

Dry framing is the guarantee’s best friend. A crawl space that stopped inviting termites is the reason the coverage rarely gets used.
